Position is responsible for leading existing non-merchandise supplier relationships and identifying new suppliers to support the company’s continued growth. Responsible for leading the effort to monitor supplier cost and quality while using strong negotiation skills. Individual will manage & direct the Commerce Store Support Center facility. Job duties may include building maintenance, grounds maintenance, custodial support, etc. Individual has supervisory responsibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the oversight of all non-merchandise procurement (exclusive of store repairs and maintenance) through extensive negotiation of pricing and procurement terms. This includes, but is not limited to: travel, store supplies, IT equipment, office supplies and equipment, etc.
Manage the day-to-day office administrative duties including, but not limited to: directing calls, preparing correspondence, ordering/maintaining office supplies, and coordinating deliveries/shipments
Negotiate with vendors for the best possible price and service guarantee for goods and services such as equipment maintenance agreements, office supplies, major equipment purchases or installations, and any other items as assigned
Develop a safe environment for all Store Support Center employees
Assists and contributes with remodeling and relocations of corporate office space
Consistently prove leadership team with timely and communication on all projects
Responsible for supervising the procurement team, custodial support, mailroom and store supply staff
Ensure the facilities are maintained to company standards
